Privacy policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
This policy explains how the rawdasolutions.com website handles personal data. The site is informational: it has no user accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising.
Data controller
The data controller is Rawda Solutions SASU, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. You can contact us at contact@rawdasolutions.com.
Data we process
Server logs: when you visit the site, our hosting provider's servers record technical information in their access logs: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page, the browser's user agent and the response code. These logs are used only to deliver the site securely and to diagnose problems. They are kept for at most 7 days and then deleted.
Emails: if you write to contact@rawdasolutions.com, we use your email address and the content of your message only to answer you. We keep the exchange for as long as needed to handle your request.
Preferences stored in your browser: the site remembers your language and theme (light or dark) in your browser's local storage. This information stays on your device, is never sent to us and is not a cookie. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
What we do not do
The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, displays no advertising, loads no third-party scripts or fonts, and does not sell or share personal data.
Legal basis
Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Emails are processed to answer your request, which is also a legitimate interest.
Recipients and hosting
Data is accessible only to Rawda Solutions and to its hosting provider, TwanIT (deploybase), which acts as a processor. The site is stored in France by Scaleway and delivered from servers in the European Economic Area by the Bunny.net network, which keeps its access logs in Germany. Both are processors of the hosting provider. Emails are handled by our email provider.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, and to restrict or object to its processing. You can also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@rawdasolutions.com.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés), www.cnil.fr.
